Chetan Babu Velkur founded Kriya IT Pvt. Ltd. in 2010 with a five-member team in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh to deliver select back-office services for international clients. The idea was to tap and train graduates from small towns and deliver work across the globe with world-class quality. In 2014, Chetan was joined by Raghu Nath R. Together, they have scaled the business to a 1000+ member enterprise spread across four units in Chittoor, Vellore (Tamil Nadu), Mysuru, and Bengaluru. The team has built processes, leveraged technology, and utilized know-how from the engineering and the corporate world to build world-class delivery centers.
